Reimagine the online marketplace for homecare


SUMMARY

LeanOnWe is a new approach to home care. At its core, it’s a twosided marketplace that makes it easy for users to find, hire, and pay great caregivers at affordable rates. Users can search the marketplace by price, location, and other preferences to explore caregiver profiles to review qualifications, certifications, testimonials, and video interviews.

PROOF OF CONCEPT

I created these two landing pages reaching the two sides of the market place - the careseeksers and the caregivers.

The look & feel aimed to reflect a friendly vibe by using a bright color palette with authentic photography.







MVP Brand

I devised some earlier brand materials to support the product launch.

Similar to our landing pages, these designs were minimal, cheerful, not on-the-nose and differentiating from our compeitors(care.com etc).









MVP PRODUCT

Here are the mobile designs of the MVP product: one flow for the caregivers and one for careseekers

I employed a mobile first approach knowing that a lot of our potential users may be browsing our site using mobile devices. Some of our test data actually indidcated there were more mobile visits than desktop visits.







THE DESIGN PROCESS

Here were the wireframes I developed. Our team employed the "scrum" process and we actually spent the most time in iteralating wires.
